User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is concluded between you (the “User”) and crypto-dom.com ( “we”, “us”).

1.2. By using https://crypto-dom.com/ (the “Site”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Agreement and the following documents:

1.3. If you do not agree with this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Site.

1.4. We may amend this Agreement at any time; changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use signifies acceptance of changes.

2. Definitions

Administrator – PAYSTORE sp. z o.o., owner and operator of the Site.
Site – https://crypto-dom.com/ and its subdomains.
User Account – personalized section after registration and login.
User – individual aged 18+ using the Site.
Digital Assets – cryptocurrencies available on the Site.
Transaction – purchase, sale, or exchange of Digital Assets via the Site.

3. Subject of Service

3.1. We provide a platform to buy, sell, and exchange Digital Assets for fiat and between users.

3.2. Services are fee-based; commissions are included in exchange rates. Details on the Site.

3.3. Due to volatility, final amounts may differ slightly from requested amounts.

3.4. We do not provide investment advice or guarantee profitability. See Risk Warning.

4. Countries Outside Service

4.1. We do not serve certain countries/territories. The current list is on the Site.

4.2. We do not accept clients from disputed territories without recognized documents.

5. Registration & Verification

5.1. Registration requires accurate data.

5.2. You must agree to this Agreement and linked policies.

5.3. AML/KYC verification is mandatory; see KYC & AML Policy.

5.4. We may request additional documents or information.

5.5. We may refuse service for objective risk-based reasons (e.g. sanctions, incomplete data, high-risk activity).

6. Use of Service

6.1. Use in compliance with this Agreement and applicable law.

6.2. Prohibited: IP violations; false data; unauthorized access; illegal use; actions harming the Site.

6.3. We may block account/transactions (up to 30 business days, extendable to 90) for violations or at authorities’ request.

6.4. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

7. Fees & Charges

Commissions and fees are included in exchange rates. Details on the Site.

8. Transaction Processing & Refunds

8.1. We aim to process within one business day, but timing may vary.

8.2. Requests cannot be canceled once paid.

8.3. Refunds if we refuse or fail to complete within five business days.

8.4. Refunds via original payment method, less fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

No liability for lost profits, indirect losses, technical failures, force majeure, third-party actions, or user infrastructure issues.
