- Identification data (for KYC): full name, date of birth, passport details, selfie.
- Financial data: wallet or card details, transaction history, source of funds (SoF).
- Contact and technical data: email, Telegram, IP address, cookies.
3. Purpose of Data Collection
- Providing exchange services.
- Ensuring security and compliance with AML/KYC rules.
- Improving the service and providing customer support.
4. Data Protection and Storage
- Data is transmitted using SSL-secure protocol.
- KYC data is stored for 5 years from the date of the last transaction in accordance with AML standards, after which it is deleted.
5. Data Sharing with Third Parties
- Crypto-Dom does not sell users’ data.
- Sharing is possible only with AML service providers (for transaction checks) and law enforcement agencies upon official request.
6. User Rights
- You have the right to request information about your data, request correction or deletion (if not required to be retained by law, e.g., AML).
